摘要
对带式输送机的动力学模型进行了分析研究,利用AMEsim软件建立了输送机仿真模型,并进行了工程实例仿真,得出带式输送机满载起动更为适合的加速度曲线,以及张力、速度和位移的2D、3D曲线,为输送机的动力学分析提供一种较直观、有效的方法。
The paper introduces analysis research on the dynamic model of the belt conveyer, with the simulation model built for the conveyer by AMEsim for the purpose of engineering practice simulation, hence to figure out the acceler- ation curve more suitable for full-loaded starting of the belt conveyer, as well as 2D and 3 D curves for tension, speed, and displacement, providing a visualized and efficient method for dynamic analysis of the conveyer.
