防爆场车型式试验防爆性能要求存在的不足及对策分析

防爆性能是防爆场(厂)内专用机动车辆(以下简称防爆场车)型式试验的一个重要环节。防爆场车的防爆安全重要性、制造(改造)的复杂性和现有型式试验细则对防爆性能要求的不合理性,给监管部门和检验机构带来标准执行不明确的困惑。针对防爆场车的特殊危险性和制造(改造)的复杂性,分析了防爆场车型式试验和安全监管存在的问题,提出了防爆场车型式试验许可的改进建议和防爆型式试验主要内容。全面覆盖《特种设备目录》所有防爆场车品种,全面涉及防爆场车机械防爆、电气防爆技术要求,能更系统、全面地从设备型式试验保障其安全性能。

The anti-explosion performance is an important link of the type test for special motor vehicles in the anti-ex- plosion field （hereinafter referred to as anti-explosion field vehicles）. The anti-explosiori safety importance, complexity of manufacturing （transformation）, and inappropriateness of anti-explosion performance requirement in existing-roles for the type test cause ambiguous confusion to the supervising department and testing organization. In view of special dangerousness of the vehicle used for anti-explosion field and complexity of manufacturing （transformation）, the paper analyzes the prob- lem existing in the type test of such vehicles and safety supervision, puts forward suggestions for improvement of the type test and main contents of the anti-explosion type test, and totally covers all the varieties of vehicles for the anti-explosion field specified in Catalogue of Special Equipment, as well as technical requirements on mechanical and electrical anti-explosion, in order to facilitate to guarantee the safety performance from the type test in a systematic and comprehensive way.
