摘要
针对AP1000环形起重机滑轮轴材料的国产化,对比中外2种材料(ASTM-A322-4340/45和40Cr Ni Mo A)的化学成分和力学性能,并通过试验验证,最终确定了滑轮轴的替代材料40Cr Ni2Mo。
In view of domestication of material for pulley shaft of AP1000 ring crane, both types of materials respectively at home and abroad are compared for their chemical composition and mechanical performance, and with test verification, it's finally determined to use 40CrNi2Mo as the substitution material for the pulley shaft.
