基于PLC的桥式滚筒混匀取料机电控系统的应用研究

摘要 介绍了桥式滚筒混匀取料机的结构及工作原理,并以QLG1500.40A型桥式滚筒混匀取料机的电气控制系统为研究对象,分析了基于PLC的控制系统组成及实现方式。针对在使用中出现的行走偏移和冲击现象,提出了行走机构纠偏控制策略和料耙速度控制策略,给出了纠偏控制曲线、比例阀控制曲线和采用比例阀进行速度控制后的压力曲线。现场使用证明采用上述方法后,行走偏移和冲击控制在允许范围内,可作为类似具有大跨度桥架的行走机械和重载快速往复运动机械设计时的参考。 The paper introduces the structure and working principle of the bridge drum-type blending reclaimer, and analyzes the PLC-based control system composition and realization type with the electric control system of certain QLG1500. 40A bridge drum-type blending reclaimer as the study object. In view of travelling deviation and impact phenome- na in service, the paper puts forward the running gear deviation rectification control and claw speed control strategy, gives the deviation rectification control curve, proportional valve control curve, and the pressure curve after speed control with the proportional valve. After the above methods are adopted on site, the running deviation and impact control are within the allowable scope, which can be reference for the design of large-span bridge traveling machinery and heavy-load machinery with rapid reciprocating motion.
