摘要
系统地研究了河南某钼铅硫矿的矿石性质和选矿工艺及药剂制度。该矿属低品位硫化矿,在使用合理药剂制度的基础上,采用"钼铅混合浮选—硫浮选,钼铅分选—钼精矿多段精选"工艺流程,取得了较好的实验室闭路试验工艺指标:钼精矿钼品位47.66%、钼回收率83.67%;铅精矿铅品位62.56%、铅回收率85.69%;硫精矿硫品位40.49%、硫回收率57.01%,钼、铅、硫矿物取得了较好的分离效果。
The characteristics and mineral processing technology and reagent system of a molybdenum- lead-sulfur ore were studied in Henan. It is a low grade sulfide ore. The appropriate reagent system and mineral processing technology are investigated and proposed in this study. Experimental results show that molybdenum, lead and sulfur minerals can be effectively floated through the "lead molybdenum flotation- sulfur flotation, molybdenum separation of lead-Select multiple molybdenum concentrate" process with reasonable reagent system. Ideal technological indexes of mineral processing are obtained as followings: molybdenum concentrate grade is 47.66% with 83.67% molybdenum recovery; lead concentrate grade is 62.56% with 85.69% lead recovery; and sulfur concentrate grade is 40.49% with 57.01% sulfur recovery.
