百合知母汤加味治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征50例

Menopausal Syndrome of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Treated by Baihe Zhimu Tang Jiawei: a study of 50 cases

目的:观察百合知母汤加味治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将100例肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组给予逍遥丸6 g口服,日2次,治疗组给予百合知母汤加味治疗,每日1剂,分早晚2次服用,连续治疗4周为1个疗程,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率(88.0%)明显高于对照组(60.0%)(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组E2、FSH及LH水平均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗组AIS评分较治疗前、对照组治疗后改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:百合知母汤加味治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征效果理想,可显著改善临床症状及睡眠质量、促进机体性激素水平恢复正常。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Baihe Zhimu Tang Jiawei（ BHZMTJW） on menopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency pattern. Methods： 100 cases with menopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency pattern were randomized into treatment group and control group（ 50 cases in each group）. The control group were orally given 6g of Free Wanderer Pill,twice per day; the treatment group were given BHZMTJW,one dose per day for twice use of morning and evening respectively. After one treatment course of 4 weeks,the clinical effects of both groups were compared. Results： The curative rate of treatment group（ 88. 0%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 60. 0%）（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of E2,FSH and LH in treatment group were significantly improved when compared with control group（ P〈0. 05）; the score of AIS in treatment group was improved when compared with that before the treatment and in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The difference had statistical significance. Conclusion： BHZMTJW has ideal effects on menopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency pattern,can improve the clinical symptoms and sleeping quality,promote the recovery of sex hormone level to normal.
