半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction for Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将经胃镜确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组予以质子泵抑制剂和胃黏膜保护剂治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用半夏泻心汤治疗,两组均以0.5 a为1个疗程,治疗后复查胃镜,观察疗效。结果:治疗组完全缓解率及有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组病理结果显示胃黏膜炎症消失、黏膜面积减少1/3以上、肠化生消失和细胞异性消失的发生率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎可以明显缓解临床症状,改善胃黏膜炎症状态,增加胃腺体数目,并在一定程度上逆转癌前病变。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction for treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods： 60 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed by gastroscopy were randomized into control group and treatment group（ 30 cases in each group）. The control group were given proton pump inhibitor（ PPI） and gastric mucosal protective agents. The treatment group were given Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction in addition to the treatment applied in control group,with 0. 5 a as a treatment course. After the treatment,checkup was made by gastroscopy and the effects were observed. Results：the complete release rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were greatly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）.The pathological results showed that： the gastric mucosal inflammation disappeared and the size of the mucosa reduced by over 1 /3; the incidence rate of intestinal metaplasia disappearing in the treatment group was higher than that of control group. The difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction can effectively improve the clinical manifestations of chronic atrophic gastritis,enhance the condition of gastric mucosal inflammation,increase the number of gastric gland and reverse the precancerosis to some extent.
