浅议敛、散之脉

The Discussion About “Lian San”

在脉学领域,敛、散是指桡动脉血管收缩和舒张运动的态势;敛是指桡动脉搏动扩张有限而迅速回敛,桡动脉壁与周围组织间界限清晰;散是桡动脉搏动扩张有余而回敛态势不足,动脉壁与周围组织间界限不清晰;在传统中医领域里,敛散亦为治疗手段,归属于中医的药性理论"五味",临床可用其辨寒热、辨气之虚实、辨心理状态和指导临床辨证用药。

In the field of sphygmology,＂ Lian＂and＂San＂refer to state of blood vessel contractive and diastolic movements of radial artery; ＂Lian＂meanspulsatile exp radial artery ansion is limited and retrieves quickly,and there is a clear border between radial artery wall and its peripheral tissues; ＂ San＂means radial artery pulsatile expansion is powerful and retrieving state is weak,and there is a vague border between wall a radial artery and its peripheral tissues. In TCM field,＂ Lian San＂ is also regarded as a kind of therapy and belongs to five kinds of taste in terms of drug property therapy of Chinese medicine. In clinical practice,it can discriminate cold and heat,excess and deficiency of qi,and psychological state,so it can guide clinical drug use on differentiation.
