补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕临床研究

The Clinical Research of Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction on Dizziness due to Syndrome of Qi-Blood Deficiency

目的:观察补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将100例气血亏虚型眩晕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组给予尼莫地平治疗,治疗组给予补中益气汤治疗,两组均以1个月为1个疗程。疗程结束后,比较两组临床症状、椎动脉、颈总动脉的平均血流速度、眩晕症状与功能改善情况及不良反应等。结果:治疗组临床症状改善有效率为86.0%,对照组临床症状改善有效率为68.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组椎动脉、颈总动脉左侧及右侧平均血流速度均有所改善(P<0.05);治疗组经治疗后,椎动脉、颈总动脉左侧及右侧,平均血流速度增加幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组症状改善及功能恢复评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕效果明显,不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction on dizziness due to syndrome of qi-blood deficiency. Methods： 100 patients with dizziness due to syndrome of qi-blood deficiency were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given nimodipine,while the ones in the treatment group were give Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction for oral administration Both groups regarded one month as a course. After the treatment,the clinical symptoms,the average blood flow rate of vertebral artery and common carotid artery,the condition of dizziness symptom and function and adverse reaction of both groups were compared. Results： In terms of the improvement of clinical symptom,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 0%,while that of the control group was 68. 0%,and the difference between them had significance（ P〈0. 05）; After the treatment,in two groups,the average blood flow rates of vertebral artery,both left and right of common carotid artery all improved（ P〈0. 05）;After the treatment,the increased degree of average blood flow rate of vertebral artery,both left and right of common carotid artery of the treatment group were all bigger than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; After the treatment,the improvement of symptom and function recovery were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction has clear curative effect on dizziness due to qi-blood deficiency and has little adverse reaction.
