益气化瘀通脉汤治疗椎动脉供血不足型颈椎病40例 被引量:5

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Huayu Tongmai Decoction on Patients with Insufficient Blood Supply for the Vertebral Artery

摘要 目的:观察益气化瘀通脉汤治疗椎动脉供血不足型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将80例颈椎病椎动脉供血不足患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用自拟益气化瘀通脉汤治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,1个疗程后评价两组患者疗效,并比较两组患者血液流变学指标的改变情况。结果:观察组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为77.50%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者全血黏度低、高切变率、血浆比黏度、血细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间及血沉明显下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中观察组各时段血液流变学指标、椎动脉平均血流速度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀通脉汤治疗椎动脉供血不足型颈椎病疗效显著,能够显著改善患者椎-基底动脉血管的微循环。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu Tongmai Decoction( 益气化瘀通脉汤,YQHYTMT) on patients with insufficient blood supply for the vertebral artery. Methods: 80 cases of insufficient blood supply for the vertebral artery were randomly divided into observation group and control group( 40 cases in each group). The observation group were given YQHYTMT,while the control group was given flunarizinehydrochloride. After a course of treatment,the efficacy of each group was evaluated and the changes of hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 90%,significantly higher than that of control group( 77. 50%); the difference was statistically significant when comparison was made between the two groups( χ2 = 5. 741,P〈0. 05). After the treatment,blood viscosity at low and high shear rate,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte electrophoresis time and erythrocyte sedimentation rate decreased significantly. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05); the hemorheology index of each period and the average vertebral artery blood flow velocity in observation group was greatly better than that in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: YQHYTMT can better treat insufficient blood supply for vertebral artery than flunarizine,and significantly improve patients' vertebral-basilar artery vascular microcirculation.
