中西医结合治疗深静脉血栓形成后遗症临床研究

Clinical Research on Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis Sequelae

目的:观察中西医结合治疗深静脉血栓形成后遗症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的76例深静脉血栓形成后遗症,随机分为观察组与对照组各38例,对照组给予降纤酶5U加入100mL生理盐水中静脉滴注,日1次;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟活血通脉汤治疗,日1剂。两组均连续治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗3个疗程后,观察组愈显率(89.5%)明显高于对照组(68.4%),治疗后观察组全血比粘度(低切)、血浆黏稠度、红细胞聚集指数及纤维蛋白原水平均较治疗前、同期对照组有明显改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗深静脉血栓形成后遗症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for low extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods： 90 cases with DVT were randomized into observation group and control group（ 45 cases in each group）.The control group were given conventional thrombolysis like urokinase and anticoagulant therapy. The observation group were performed TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. After 4 weeks of the treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The curative rate of observation group was 88. 9% while that of control group was 66. 7%; the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Each item of TCM symptom improvement in observation group was better than that in control group. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has good effects on DVT.
