针灸联合中药熏眼热疗治疗青少年近视20例

20 Cases of Juvenile Near-sightedness Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Hot Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Eyes

目的:观察针灸联合中药熏眼热疗治疗青少年近视的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2012年5月—2014年5月收治的青少年近视患儿20例,随机分为对照组和观察组各10例,对照组给予双星明眼药水治疗,观察组给予针灸联合中药熏眼热疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率80.00%,对照组总有效率35.00%,两组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.210,P<0.05);两组患儿治疗2个疗程后,临床总有效率无显著差异(χ2=0.254,P>0.05);治疗4个疗程、6个疗程后,观察组临床疗效均优于对照组(χ2=8.510/6.512,P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合中药熏眼热疗治疗青少年近视效果显著,操作简单,具有较高的安全性及经济性。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with hot Chinese medicine fumigation on eyes on juvenile near-sightedness. Methods： 20 patients with juvenile near-sightedness treated in the hospital from May of 2012 to May of 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 10 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Shuangxingming eye drops,while the ones in the observation group were given acupuncture combined with hot Chinese medicine fumigation on eyes. Then their curative effects were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 80. 00%,and that of the control group was 35. 00. The difference between them had statistical meaning（ χ^2= 5. 210,P〈0. 05）; After two treatment courses,the total clinical effects between the two groups had no obvious differences（ χ^2= 0. 254,P〉0. 05）; After four and six treatment courses,the clinical effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group（ χ^2= 8. 510 /6. 512,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with treatment with hot Chinese medicine fumigation on eyes has good curative effect on juvenile near-sightedness with simple operation,high safety and economy.
