中医治疗抑郁症方药应用规律探析

Exploration of the Law of Formulas Application in TCM Treating Depressive Disorder

目的:探讨中医治疗抑郁症方药应用规律。方法:以《中医方剂大辞典》为研究对象,筛选出与治疗抑郁症(郁证、百合病、脏躁、梅核气、癫证、不寐、健忘)相关病证的方剂,建立数据录入系统,采用相关分析与因子分析等数据统计方法进行统计分析。结果:共涉及药物404种,药物所出现总频次共有4 151次,甘草、茯苓、人参、当归、远志、白芍等药的使用频率较高。结论:抑郁症多以虚、郁、神志失常为主要病理变化。

Objective： To discuss the law of formulas application in TCM treating depressive disorder. Methods： Dictionary of Chinese Prescriptions was taken as the research object. The formulas for depression-related diseases（ depression syndrome,lily disease,viscera drying,globus hysteriocus,epilepsia,insomnia,amnesia） were selected,established as data and entered in the system. After that,statistical analysis was made by applying such data statistical methods as correlation analysis and factor analysis. Results： All the drugs involved are 404 kinds. The total frequency of drugs＇ occurrence reached up to 4151 times. The drugs of relatively high occurrence frequency include Gancao（ Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae）,Fuling（ Poria）,Renshen（ Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng）,Danggui（ Radix Angelicae Sinensis）,Yuanzhi（ Radix Polygalae）,Baishao（ Radix,Paeoniae Alba）. Conclusion： The major pathological changes of depressive disorder mostly are deficiency,depression and mental disorder.
