猫爪草的化学成分及药理作用

猫爪草的药用历史较短,有关猫爪草的化学成分研究主要涉及挥发油、内酯类、甾醇类、不饱和脂肪酸、微量元素、多糖、氨基酸等,药理作用有抗肿瘤、抗结核、调节免疫功能、抗氧化。近年来由于其具有较好的抗肿瘤和抗结核活性倍受人们关注,但是其具体活性成分及活性部位研究较少。

Maozhuacao（ Radix Ranunculi Ternati） mainly contains polysaccharides,organic acid,trace elements and other chemical constituents,possesses antituberculosis,antioxidation,antitumor,immunomodulatory and other chemical activities. In recent years,though its action of anti tumor and antituberculosis has attracted much attention,the studies on its specific active constituents and active sites are relatively insufficient.
