中医辨证施护对痛风患者自我疾病管理能力和饮食控制依从性的影响

The Influence of TCM Differentiation Nursing on Self-Management Ability and Dependence of Diet Control of Patients with Gout

目的:观察中医辨证施护对痛风患者自我疾病管理能力和饮食控制依从性的影响。方法:150例痛风患者随机分为中医组和对照组各75例,对照组采用常规护理方法,中医组在对照组基础上进行中医辨证施护。比较两组患者干预前后血尿酸、血沉、身体质量指数(BMI)、关节疼痛变化情况;评价两组患者干预前后自我疾病管理能力和饮食依从性。结果:中医组血尿酸、血沉、BMI水平以及NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);中医组自我疾病管理能力各目录评分显著高于对照组,各项饮食依从性也显著优于对照组(P<0.05);中医组尿酸值恢复至正常时间显著少于对照组,每周血尿酸下降幅度显著高于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护能够有效提高痛风患者的自我疾病管理能力和饮食依从性,对提高患者生存质量具有重要意义。

Objective： To explore the influence of TCM differentiation nursing on self-management ability and dependence of diet control on patients with gout. Methods： 150 patients with gout were randomly divided into the TCM group and the control group,with 75 cased in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while the ones in the TCM group were added TCM differentiation nursing. Then blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation,body mass index（ BMI）,joint pain changes before and after the intervention were compared; The self-management ability and dietary dependence of patients in both groups were evaluated. Results： The blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation,BMI level and NRS score in the TCM group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Each directory score of self-management ability of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of each of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The TCM group uric acid values returning to normal state was significantly less than that of the control group; The weekly blood uric acid decreased significantly than that of the control group,and the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM differentiation nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability and diet dependence of patients with gout,and has great importance of improving patients＇ life quality.
