中西部承接产业转移的成效——基于地理信息系统的空间分析方法

On the Achievements of Industrial Transfer Undertaken in China's Midwest: Based on Spatial Analytic Method of Geographic Information System

运用地理信息系统的空间分析方法,以省际面板数据为基础,分析了1996-2012年我国工业与三次产业的空间格局演变、中西部地区承接产业转移的路径演变以及产业转移对区域产业调整与区域经济增长的影响。研究发现,1996-2012年期间,我国三次产业的空间格局发生了极为深刻的变化,三次产业重心点迁移方向与幅度迥异;中西部地区承接产业转移呈现明显的阶段性特征,且已进入承接产业转移的稳步增长阶段,但大规模的产业转移尚未出现;各省(市/区)三次产业的产业结构经历了深度调整,非农产业的比重普遍得到提升,尤其是中西部地区各省(市/区)提升较为明显;由区域产业转移所引起的区域产业调整对经济增长的促进作用因省而异,且各省(市/区)的差异较大。

By employing the spatial analytic method of geographic information system, on the basis of the interprovincial panel data, this paper tries to analyze China＇s industry and the three industrial evolution of spatial framework during 1996-2012, the path evolution of the industrial transfer un- dertaken in the central and western regions, and the impact of industrial transfer on the regional in- dustrial restructuring and regional economic growth. The results indicate that during 1996-2012, Chi- na＇s three industrial spatial frameworks have changed profoundly; the transferring direction and range of the three industrial focuses are quite different. The central and western regions undertaking industri- al transfer present obvious stage characteristics, and have entered the stable growth stage of undertak- ing industrial transfer; but large-scale industrial transfer has not come into being. The industrial struc- tures of every province （cities or areas） have experienced profound adjustments; the ratio of non-agri- cultural industries has been widely improved, especially in the provinces （cities and areas） of the cen- tral and western regions. The promoting effect of the regional industrial adjustment resulted from regional industrial transfer varies from province to province, and the differences are larger.
