可植式心脏电子装置和无症状性心房颤动

摘要 心脏电子植入装置在诊断无症状性心房颤动方面与传统心电检测技术相比更具优势。由于患者合并更多疾病和危险因素,心脏电子植入装置对无症状性心房颤动的检出率更高。无症状性心房颤动具有和症状性心房颤动同样的临床危险性,甚至具有更高的脑卒中风险,尽早识别和处理具有非常重要的临床意义。在抗凝治疗方面的原则应与症状性心房颤动相似,此方面尚需更多循证医学证据的支持。 Cardiac implantable electronic device( CIED) has advantage on the diagnosis of asymptomatic atrial fibrillation( Af) compare with conventional electrocardiac detection techniques. CIED improved diagnosis of the asymptomatic Af in the patients with underlying disease and risk factors. Asymptomatic Af present to the same degree of risk of complications as in symptomatic Af,and related to increased risk of stroke and systemic embolism. Early detection of Af may induce prompt clinical reaction aimed at preventing severe adverse events.The strategies of oral anticoagulation in this population might be the same as in symptomatic Af and are need evidence-based recommendations.
