完全性大动脉转位是一种严重的先天性心脏复杂畸形,其发病率占先天性心脏病的7%~8%。影响选择手术方案的常见心脏合并畸形有左心室流出道狭窄、左心室发育不良、房室间隔缺损及冠状动脉异常等。随着手术技巧的提升及体外设备的精细化,目前的动脉调转手术取得了良好的近、远期疗效,是治疗完全性大动脉转位的首选手术方式。

Transposition of great arteries（ TGA） is a critical and complex congenital heart disease. The incidence of TGA in congenital heart disease is 7% ~ 8%. Influencing the type of surgery to treat TGA is left ventricular outflow tract stenosis,hypoplastic left heart,atrioventricular septal defect,coronary artery anomalies,etc. With the promotion of surgical skills and the meticulous of extracorporeal circulation device,at present the arterial switch operation has obtained good curative effect both the recent and long-term,the arterial switch operation is the first choice of surgical treatment of transposition of great arteries.
