室性心律失常是引起心肌梗死患者早期死亡的主要原因,而β受体阻滞剂对心肌梗死后患者的保护作用已经得到广泛的认可,早期治疗和预防心肌梗死室性心律失常成为降低心肌梗死患者病死率的重要措施。
Ventricular arrhythmia is the main cause of an early death in patients with myocardial infarction. The protective effect of β-blockers in patients after myocardial infarction has been widely recognized. The early treatment and prevention of ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infarction has become an important measure to reduce the mortality in patients with myocardial infarction.
