摘要 促进心肌再生、修复心肌组织为亟待发展的治疗策略。目前促进心肌再生的方法可大体归纳为通过动员心脏干细胞或祖细胞,通过基因干预凋亡、自噬和坏死的信号通路,增加细胞的存活通路,促进已存在的心肌细胞再次进入细胞循环及改善细胞微环境来实现。同时,心脏再生医学领域仍有许多问题亟待解决,随着研究的深入,在心肌再生领域必将迎来令人振奋的结果。 The promotion of therapeutic strategies focused on cardiac regeneration and the repair of damaged myocardial tissue should be developed quickly. At present,the strategies to promote cardiac regeneration include mobilizing stem cells or progenitor cells,intervening signal pathway of apoptosis,autophagy and necrosis by genes,up-regulating signal pathway of survival,and promoting pre-existing myocardiocytes to re-enter the cell cycle,among others. There are also many problems facing the field of cardiac regeneration. However,the development of combined treatments for both cardiac regeneration and the repair of damaged myocardial tissue would lead to the next-generation of cardiology.
