摘要
脂联素是由脂肪组织分泌的一种细胞因子,与冠心病密切相关。脂联素可以通过影响相关危险因素降低冠心病的危险程度,改善冠心病的预后。现就近年来国内外有关脂联素在冠心病相关危险因素中的作用及其在治疗预后等方面的研究进展做一综述。
Adiponectin is secreted by adipose tissue and is highly associated with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. The adiponectin may protect the CHD patient by reducing the risk of CHD,and improving prognosis for the CHD patient. This article reviews the current literature on risk factors,treatment and prognosis of CHD in China and overseas in recent years.
