摘要
肥胖是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,而近年来许多荟萃分析和临床研究表明,轻度超重和肥胖会改善患者的预后,降低病死率,这种现象被称为"肥胖矛盾",现对于其临床研究做一综述。
Obesity is an independent risk for cardiovascular disease. But in recent years,many meta-analyses and clinical studies have shown that mildly overweight and obese patients have better outcomes and reduced mortality after intervention. This contradicotry result is known as the obesity paradox. This article reviews the clinical research of the ＂obesity paradox＂.
