摘要 近年研究发现,半乳糖凝集素-3参与炎症及纤维化过程,被认为是独立的心肌纤维化指标,与N末端脑钠肽前体比较,半乳糖凝集素-3能对心力衰竭进行危险分层及预测病死率,并且它的抑制剂能够减轻炎症反应,降低心肌纤维化,改善心脏功能。 Studies in recent years have found that galectin-3 is an independent indicator of myocardial fibrosis,and a predictor of risk stratification for heart failure and mortality. Galectin-3 participates in the inflammation and fibrosis process. Moreover,the inhibitor of galectin-3 can improve myocardial function by reducing inflammation and myocardial fibrosis.
