摘要
根据某型汽油机整车冷却系统布置方案,建立冷却系统一维模型,计算得到水套各进出口边界条件,以该数据作为输入进行冷却水套的CFD分析,对水套关键位置的冷却能力进行评估,并提出水套结构改进方案,最后进行改进结构的CFD分析。
The 1 - D cooling system simulation model of the engine is built basing on arrange- ment principle of the cooling system of an engine, obtaining boundary limits of the inlet and outlet of the water jacket. The data is used on CFD analysis and the evaluation is done to cooling ability in some key points of the cooling jacket. At last, we can propose the improvement plans and give a CFD analysis to the improved structure.
