肥皂的结构和相行为
摘要
肥皂自古以来就已为人们所广泛使用，而肥皂的生产历来是艺术大于科学。煮皂工艺流程传承使用了数个世纪，人们用神秘的名字如黑脚皂、中间皂、壶蜡和凝乳来表明肥皂的品相（Vold等人，1941年）。
