羊草根系形态特征对放牧强度的响应——以呼伦贝尔克鲁伦克流域典型草原为研究区域 被引量:6

摘要 以呼伦贝尔克鲁伦克流域典型草原作为研究区域,以不同放牧梯度上草原群落代表性物种羊草为研究对象,利用WinRHIZO根系分析系统对不同放牧梯度上羊草根系的形态性状进行对比分析,用SPSS19.0对数据进行方差分析和多重比较。结果显示:放牧强度对羊草根系深度、总根表面积、总根投影面积、根系总体积、根尖数和根平均直径都有明显影响;中度放牧处理下,羊草根系深度、总根表面积、总根投影面积、根系总体积和平均直径都高于轻度放牧和重度放牧,轻度放牧的根尖数高于中度放牧和重度放牧处理;羊草的根系直径和根系体积是反映其对环境干扰最敏感的指标。 The aim of this study was to research the representative species ( Leymus chinesnsis ) root morphological traits responding to different grazing intensities by using the root analysis sys-tem of WinRHIZO in Kherlen river basin in Hulunbeir steppe. Variance analysis and multiple comparison of means was tested by SPSS 19 . 0 . The results showed that grazing intensities had significantly effect on Leymus chinesnsis root depth, total root surface area, total root projected area, total root volume, root tips, and root average diameter. L. chinesnsis root depth, total root surface area, total root projected area, total root volume, and root average diameter under mod-erate grazing intensity were higher than those under light and heavy grazing intensities. L. chinesnsis root tips under light grazing intensity was higher than that under moderate and heavy grazing intensities. L. chinesnsis root diameter and root volume were the most sensitive index to environmental disturbance.
