摘要 目的:对护理人员的抑郁状况及其影响因素进行调查。方法:选取335名护理人员作为研究对象,采用抑郁自评量表进行调查。结果:护理人员抑郁自评量表粗分为(40.15±9.12)分,得分高于全国常模(P<0.05)。抑郁症状检出率为45.37%。分析发现高学历、对工作现状满意、良好的人际关系、参加心理培训、不经常上夜班的护理人员抑郁症状检出率较低(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员抑郁状况较严重,应当引起重视,建议开展护理人员的心理培训,改善工作态度和人际关系,有效降低抑郁的发生。 Objective: To investigate the depression status and analyze influencing factors of nursing staff. Method: The self- rating depression scale( SDS)was used in 335 cases for relevant questionnaire survey and analysis. Results: The average score of depression in nursing staff was 40. 15 ± 9. 12. It was higher than national norm,and there was significant difference between them( P〈0. 05). The influencing factors of depression status were highly education,being satisfied with job,good interpersonal relationship,psychological counseling and less night shift( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Compared with other groups,the depression status was more serious in nursing staff. Psychological counseling,work attitudes and interpersonal relationship should be improved in order to decrease the incident of depression of nursing staff.
