摘要
通过对金川二矿区富矿石进行工艺矿物学研究,查明了镍金属损失的原因,针对其矿石性质特点、主金属的浮游特性,研制出了新型捕收起泡剂BQ622,在小型试验和工业生产中均取得了较好的选矿技术指标。新建14 000 t/d选厂工业试验结果表明:与原药剂制度相比,BQ622应用后镍回收率提高了0.82%,有效提高了矿产资源综合利用率,具有一定的参考价值。
Through the study of technological mineralogy of Jinchuan high-grade ore in Mining area No. 2, the reasons why the nickel metal loss are found out. According to the ore nature and flotation characteristics of main metals, a new type of collector BQ622 which has the foaming performance are developed. In practice, good mineral index was achieved in the laboratory experiment and industrial production. The new 14 000 t/d plant test results showed that compared with the original agent system,nickel recovery rate was increased 0. 82% after application of BQ622,whieh effectively improves the rate of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
