摘要
生物冶金技术在释放含铜废石资源上具有技术优势。生物浸出综合试验表明采用SM-3中等嗜热嗜酸菌浸出白银含铜废石中的铜是完全可行,该细菌对矿样中的黄铜矿有较好的生物氧化溶解作用,不存在常温浸矿细菌浸出过程中突显的钝化问题。在接种浓度10%、矿浆浓度5%、矿样粒度D70=400、摇床转速175rpm的试验条件下,浸出30天即可获得80%的Cu浸出率。
Bioleaching technology is an effective method in disposing of waste containing copper. The results showed that bioleaching Baiyin copper waste with moderate thermophiles SM-3 was feasible. And the bacteria could positive- ly promote the oxidative leaching of chalcopyrite. The problem of passivation, which often occurs in bioleaching process with mesophiles bacteria,was no longer the key step. The copper extraction reached 80% after 30d of bioleaching at 10%of inoculum size,5%of pulp density,particle size of 400 D70 as mesh and 175revolutionsper minutes(rpm) in an orbital shaker.
