摘要
借助于ANSYS的通用后处理器,得到了改造前后压降和管道内的流场。对除尘管道改造前的管道流速进行了模拟,找到了制约除尘风量提升的关键点。并利用ANSYS软件对改造情况进行了模拟,得到了模拟后的除尘管道风量提升情况,进而指导除尘管道改造。
By means of ANSYS general postprocessor, get the pressure drop and pipe inside flow field before and after renovation. Simulate the pipe flow speed before and after dedusting pipe renovation, and find out the key point that restrict dedusting air volume rising. Simulate renovation status via ANSYS software. After simulation, the air volume increase condition of the dedusting pipe is got, and then guide the modification of the dedusting pipe.
