阐释了国家体育治理现代化的时代背景和严峻形势,在国家层面、形势层面、问题层面形成了体育行业和体制改革的倒逼力量,对体育"举国体制"绩效与合法性造成有力冲击。国家体育治理现代化同时具有广泛的涵义:作为一种广泛多元的研究命题,作为一种求真务实的国家精神,作为一种管理方法的创新与可持续发展,作为一种互利合作、多方共治的发展理念,作为一种提升绩效和决策效率的治理结果。
The paper expatiates on the time and situation of national sports management modernization.The power in the sports industry and system reform formed on national level,situation level and problem level has great impact on the efficiency and legitimacy of the Whole Nation System.The national sports management modernization has broad connotation as a research object,as a practical national spirit,as innovation and sustainable development of management,as a development concept of treatment through cooperation and as a result of enhanced efficiency and decision efficiency.
