我国优秀男子跳远运动员云知明核心竞技能力的评定与监控

Assessment and Monitoring of Core Competitive Ability of YUN Zhi-min,Excellent Long Jump Athlete in China

从最后10m助跑与起跳技术、专项体能各要素间综合性、均衡性发展水平、核心竞技能力发挥稳定性与协调性水平等角度,对我国优秀男子跳远运动员云知明在备战第12届全运会前一年的训练进行了跟踪监控,对其核心竞技能力训练的跟踪评定与监控将有利于提高其训练的科学化水平,同时也将为跳远项目的核心竞技能力的科学监控提供借鉴。

With the research methods of literature study,expert interview,high speed video,analysis and statistics,the paper researches the training of YUN Zhi-min,an excellent long jump athlete in China,who prepared for the 12 th National Sports Meeting,from the perspectives of last 10-meter running and jumping,integration of various elements of physical quality,balanced development level,stability and harmony of core competitive ability.The paper also proposes that the assessment and monitoring of the core competitive ability can enhance the scientific training and provides references for scientific monitoring of core competitive ability of long distance jump.
