摘要
文中论述了机载(数字式)计算机中离散量接口功能模块的设计方法,设计要求在满足基本功能需求的基础上,应通过元器件选型、降额、鲁棒性提升等措施来满足整机对模块的可靠性要求。可测试性设计要求设计人员在完成电路的设计过程中不仅需要做到功能实现的完备,同时要求所设计的模块能够便利快捷地完成测试任务。安全性设计方面,在机载应用环境下用于指示故障的离散量必须能够及时确切地申报出故障状态以触发告警提示,文中给出了一种具有确切指示能力的离散信号申报电路的设计方法。全文从基本功能、可测试性、可靠性、安全性等几方面论述了离散量接口功能电路的设计思想并给出了原理框图可供设计人员参考。
It discusses the design method of discrete I/O function module in airborne-computer, the design requires that on the basis of meeting the demand of basic functions, should adopt the measurements, such as the components selection, derating,increasing robustness, to meet the requirements of reliability for the module. Testability demands a designer pay attention not only to achieve a perfect function, but also to implement high coverage fault detection on hardware. On safety design, the dispersed quantity to indicate a fault in airborne ap- plication environment must be able to timely and exactly declare a fault condition to trigger the alarm prompt,in this paper present a design method of discrete signal declaring circuit with exact instructions ability. In this paper,describe the design idea for the discrete I/0 function circuit from basic function, testability, reliability and safety and so on, and give an architecture graph about it for reference.
