放疗联合热疗治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Radiotherapy Combined with Hyperthermia in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨放疗联合热疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法 30例非小细胞肺癌患者分为2组,每组15例,分别接受放疗联合热疗和单纯放疗。结果放疗联合热疗组总有效率33.3%、疾病控制率86.7%,高于单纯放疗组的6.7%、66.7%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组毒副反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放疗联合热疗治疗非小细胞肺癌安全有效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Thirty patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups, and received the radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia and the radiotherapy respectively. Results The total ef- fective rate and the disease control rate of the radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia group （33. 3% and 86.7% ） were higher than those of the radiotherapy group （6.7% and 66.7% ）, but there was no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no statistical difference in the toxicities between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia is effect and safe in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
