乳腺鳞癌1例报道并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,48岁,因“发现左乳肿块4个月余”于2013年3月3日入住我科。查体：左乳头后方触及一大小约70 mm×60 mm质硬肿块,边界不清,活动度差,无压痛。左乳内侧皮肤可见一直径约45 mm血疱,疱壁紧张。彩超示：左乳可见一透亮红肿包块突出体表,大小约44 mm×36 mm,呈囊性,壁厚,内可见密集点状高回声悬浮;左乳中带探及一巨大囊实性占位,
