误诊为肺炎的细支气管肺泡癌1例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 细支气管肺泡癌（bronchioloalveolar carcinoma,BAC）患者的临床表现多样,多数不典型,影像学表现也呈多样性,易被误诊,本文旨在通过确诊病例了解BAC的临床表现及影像学特征,对可疑病例提高警惕,提高BAC的早期诊断率,并采取相应的治疗措施,以期延长患者生存时间,改善预后。1病例摘要患者,女,53岁,以“反复咳嗽、咳痰3个月,加重1周”为主诉入院,阵发性咳嗽并咳灰白色浆液样痰,
