浅谈提高速冻冷库制冷系统效率的技术途径 被引量:3

摘要 在各类冷库中,速冻冷库属生产型冷库,其运行时能耗比其他类型同容积的冷库要大得多,采用大蒸发面积小温差模式,可以明显提高制冷机组的制冷能力和工作效率。而选用水冷机组,并偏大选择冷却塔规格,在高温季节,也可提高制冷机组的制冷能力和明显提高其运行效率。在本文实例中,采用大蒸发面积小温差模式和选用水冷机组,并加大冷却塔规格的设计方案,制冷系统制冷量增幅12%。输入功率降幅约3.5%,不到两个月就能回收增加的设备投资,经济效益明显。在气温不高的春秋季和冬季,可以通过对冷却水系统进行自动控制来达到节能效果。 Among the variety of cold storage systems, rapid freezing cold stor-age is a type of production cold storage. Its operation energy consumption is much higher than other kinds of cold storages that have the same volume. By using the mode of large evaporation area and small temperature difference, the refrigeration performance and working efficiency could be significantly improved. Furthermore, by choosing the design plan that utili zing water cooling unit and enlarging the specification scale of cooling tower, the cooling capability and operation efficiency could be significantly increased, even in high temperature season. In the case study presented in this paper, by applying the design plan men tioned above, the cooling capacity is increas-ed by 12%,and input power decreased by 3. 5%. The economic benefits is re markable here. The increased device investment can therefore be returned in 2 months. In seasons other than summer with lower temperature, energy saving may also be complished by automatically controlling cooling water system.
