摘要 针对数据中心热管背板空调的传热特性进行分析,首先理论论证背板空调传热量主要受两相换热区面积影响;此外,通过设置多个试验进行测试,证实背板空调以下几个换热特性:背板传热量随着进风温度升高而增加,随着冷冻水流量增加而增加,背板换热量基本不会受到机柜内部服务器布置均匀性影响。 According to the heat transfer characteristics of heat pipe of backboard air- conditioner which is used in the data center, the analysis is conducted. Firstly, heat transfer capacity of backboard air-conditioner is mainly influenced by the area of two-phase heat transfer section, which is verified by theoretical analysis. Secondly, several experiments are set up to confirm the heat transfer characteristics of heat pipe of backboard air-condition er,including that heat transfer capacity increases with the increasing of inlet air temperature and the increasing of chilled water flow,and the heat transfer capacity isn't influenced by the layout uniformity of server inside cabinet.
