湿排粉煤灰用作水泥混合材及其活化试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究湿排粉煤灰在水泥工业生产中的应用,结果表明:湿排烘干粉煤灰的比表面积与需水量随着粉磨时间的延长而增大,综合考虑粉磨时间对湿排烘干粉煤灰粒度分布、活性指数及电耗成本的影响,确定湿排烘干粉煤灰的粉磨细度为550m^2/kg;湿排烘干粉煤灰掺量的增加会导致水泥标准稠度用水量增加,凝结时间的延长及抗折、抗压强度下降;但通过不同掺量的湿排烘干粉煤灰,可以生产不同强度等级的复合硅酸盐水泥;生石灰与水泥激发剂的叠加作用可以显著激发湿排粉煤灰的潜在活性(活性指数可达140%),湿排粉煤灰的复合活化剂的适宜配比为:生石灰35%~40%,复合激发剂2.0%。 Application of wet fly ash in industrial cement production was studied, the results show as following, the specific area and water demand of dried fly ash gradually increase with increasing grinding time; Comprehensively considering the influence of grinding time on dried fly ash particle size distribution, activity index and power consumption cost, the specific area of dried fly ash should be 550 m^2/kg; increasing of dried fly ash in cement will result in more cement standard consistency water, longer setting time and lower bending and compresive strength; but with different adding rate of dried fly ash, composite portland cement of different strength grade can be produced; lime and cement stimulator can excite markedly the potential activity of wet fly ash(the activation index can reach 140%); and the appropriate rate of lime is 35% ~40% and composite stimulator is 2.0%.
