摘要
介绍了PCF-2022单段锤式破碎机锤头调配安装方法。即:通过建立配锤模型,分析锤头轴向偏心矩及径向偏心矩的变化规律,确定合理的锤头配备原则。调配时,依据现场锤头的实际称重,采取数理分析法,进行优化调整,确定最优方案。实践证明,利用此法可有效指导锤头的换面作业或更换安装,值得借鉴和推广。
The adjusting and installation method of PCF-2022 sigle stage hammer crusher were introduced. By establishing hammer model and analysing the change of its axial and radial eccentricity, a reasonable hammer allocation principle was determined. When allocating, according to the actual field hammer weighing, and by mathematical analysis method, we can optimize and adjust to determine a optimal scheme. The practice proved that the method can effectively guide the hammer surface change operations or replacement and installation and is worth learning and promotion.
