摘要
针对某水泥企业一台QXQ70/24悬臂式取料机运行过程中存在行走机构频繁打齿的问题,进行了详细的技术分析与思考;在此基础上,就改造中设备的选型与设计进行了讨论。按所定的方案改造后,该取料机在一年多的生产运行中,其行走机构未再发生打齿故障。
The frequent tooth breaking problem of the walking mechanism of QXQ70/24 cantilever side-draw scraper reclaimer of a ce- ment enterprise were technically analysed in detail and deeply thought about. On this basis, the equipment selection and design in the transformation were discussed. According to the rebuilding plan, after the transformation, the walking mechanism never encounter tooth breaking problem in a year of production.
