摘要
配置有水泥余热电站的水泥企业,生产过程中会遇到电网供电事故的发生。在分析水泥企业供电特点和孤网运行必要性的基础上,结合其他行业自备电厂机组孤网运行的特点和效果,分析介绍了水泥余热电站机组孤网运行的控制方式,并简要介绍了印度ACC项目2 500 t/d生产线余热电站孤网运行的实施及效果。实践证明:水泥余热电站机组具一定的孤网运行能力,可成为水泥企业应对电网事故的有效手段。
The cement enterprise that has waste heat power generation plant will encounter power supply accident in their production process. On base of analysing cement enterprise power supply and the necessity of isolated network operation, and combined with the points and effect of other industry owned power plant, the control method of isolated network operation of cement enterprise waste heat power generation plant was introduced, and the implementation and effect of India ACC 2 500 t/d production line waste heat power gen- eration plant was introduced in brief. The practices prove that cement waste heat power generation station has certain insolated network operation ability, and may become an effective way for cement enterprise to cope with power accident.
