摘要
结合行业标准《水泥的早期抗裂性试验方法》制定工作的试验结果、文献资料,就水泥基胶凝材料、现代混凝土技术以及混凝土相关规范及生产管控对混凝土开裂的影响进行归纳和分析。混凝土的早期开裂涉及所用材料、生产工艺及施工方法等诸多问题,不认为水泥是造成现代混凝土开裂的主要原因;混凝土早期开裂的控制,必须通过水泥生产者、混凝土工作者和施工人员共同努力,各自采取相应措施综合解决。
Combined with the experiment results and document literature of the formulation work for industry standard "cement early cracking resistance test method", summarized and analysed the influence factors of concrete cracking based on cementing cement based materials,modern concrete technology and the relevant specification and production management of concrete. The early cracking of concrete is related to many problems of material, manufacturing process and construction method, and it is not thought that cement is the main cause of modern concrete cracking. Controlling concrete early cracking needs the efforts of cement producers, concrete workers and constructor to take a comprehensive solution.
