黄芩苷和黄芩苷锌对白假丝酵母菌的敏感性检测 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测黄芩苷和黄芩苷锌对白假丝酵母菌的敏感性。方法采用MTT微量稀释法、台盘蓝染色显微镜定量记数法,检测白假丝酵母菌对黄芩苷和黄芩苷锌的敏感性。结果两种中药均具有较好的抗白假丝酵母菌作用,黄芩苷和黄芩苷锌对白假丝酵母菌的MIC分别为1mg/ml、3mg/ml。使用MTT法进行黄芩苷和黄芩苷锌对白假丝酵母菌的抗菌活性的定量研究,结果药物浓度越高其对应的OD值越大。结论两种中药均具有较好的抗白假丝酵母菌作用,其抑菌强度各不相同;MTT微量稀释法不能应用于黄芩苷与黄芩苷锌对白假丝酵母菌的敏感性试验。 Objective To investigate the antifungal effect of Baicalin and Baicalin zinc on Candida albicans. Methods The antifungal activity of Baicalin and Baicalin zinc on Candida albicans have been analyzed by MTF meth- od and Trypan blue staining. Results The MIC of Baicalin and Baicalin zinc was 1 mg/ml and 3mg/ml respectively. With the increased drug concentration, the OD value was increased. Conclusion Both the Baicalin and Baicalin zinc have better effect on Candida albicans and its antifungal activity are not different. The MTF method cannot be applied to the analysis of antifungal effect of Baicalin and Baicalin zinc
