摘要
通过测试8种毛织物的结构参数与透气性能,应用灰色系统理论,首先得到参考数列和比较数列,对数据进行无量纲化,从而得出了毛织物结构参数与透气量的关联度。根据关联度进行排序,认为影响毛织物透气性能的结构参数依次是经向密度、纬向密度、面密度、纬纱线密度、经纱线密度、厚度、经向紧度、总紧度、纬向紧度。通过线性回归模型对毛织物透气量与其主要影响因素进行定量分析,认为毛织物的经向密度和纬向密度与透气量均呈负线性相关。
Correlation degree between structural parameters and air permeability was calculated by testing structural parameters & air permeability of eight kinds of wool fabric and using grey system principle. At first, comparative and referenced sequence were got, then datas were dimensionless, finally the order of the result was proposed. The result showed that the structure parameters were warp density, weft density, weight per square meter of fabric, weft fineness, warp fineness, thickness, warp tightness, weft tightness, total tightness in order. Draping coefficient of fabric and its main influence factors were analyzed quantitatively through linear regression model and it showed that the relation between density of warp and yarn and air permeability was negative correlation.
