新型抗菌整理剂WP-1对毛织物的应用研究

Study on application of new antibacterial finishing agent WP-1 for wool fabric

采用自制的有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂WP-1对毛织物进行抗菌整理,着重考察了抗菌整理后毛织物的抗菌效果及织物性能的变化情况。实验结果表明:当自制的抗菌剂用量大于2%(owf)时,抗菌整理后的毛织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别可以达到99.76%、99.58%,水洗50次后仍能保留到70%;另外,随着抗菌剂用量的增加,毛织物的伸长率和强力都有所增加,白度增加幅度不大,透气性有不同程度下降。

Wool fabric was finished by self-made antibacterial agent WP-1. The paper focused on the research of antibacterial characteristics and performance of wool fabric. The results showed that ： when the antibiotic finishing solution concentration was over 2% （owf） by oscillation flask method,the wool fabric antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus rate reached 99.58% and 99.76% respectively, after 50 times washing can still keep to 70%. Breaking strength, elongation at break increased with the concentration of antibacterial finishing increasing, whiteness of fabric slightly increased and permeability decreased in different degrees.
