构建生态学专业本科生科技创新能力培养体系的思考与实践

摘要 在深化培养生态学本科生科研能力必要性认识的基础上,围绕构建导师制、实验技能竞赛、科学研究训练课程、科技创新小组活动、毕业论文、“五位一体”培养体系的基本思路,对三峡大学生态学专业本科生4年的科研训练进行时间和内容的统筹安排,取得了较好的效果,可以为进一步提升生态学专业人才培养质量提供借鉴。 To upgrade innovation ability of ecology undergraduate students of China Three Gorges University, we made some reforms on the education mode of them in the past a few years. In these reforms, we take all scientific exercises and four years learning time into account as whole, then five training projects, including CGES(Competetion Game of Experiment Skills)~ TSR(Training of Scientific Research), TS(Tutorial System), IG(Innovation Group) and TBD(Thesis for Bachelor Degree), Were evenly arranged in fours years. Our trials suggestted that they were effective, and could provide reference for the further reform on the cultivation mode of high-quality innovative talents.
