Identification Method of Radix Isatidis in Chinese Drugs Pharmaceutics

目的:建立中药制剂中板蓝根的鉴别方法,为包含板蓝根的制剂提供鉴别依据。方法:采用液相色谱法对于重要制剂中的板蓝根进行分析鉴别,建立板蓝根的指纹图谱。结果:采用液相色谱能够鉴别中药制剂中的板蓝根含量与有效成分。结论:采用液相色谱鉴别中药试剂中的板蓝根方法稳定可靠,重复性强,可以作为板蓝根的鉴别方法。

Objective：To set up the identification method of radix isatidis in Chinese drugs pharmaceutics, so as to provide the identification basis for pharmaceutics of containing radix isatidis. Methods ： Radix isatidis in important pharmaceutics was analyzed and identified by liquid phase chromatography,so as to set up fingerprints charts of ra- dix isatidis. Results：Content and effective ingredient of radix isatidis in Chinese drugs pharmaceutics could be identified by liquid phase chromatography. Conclusion：The method of identifying radix isatidis in Chinese drugs pharmaceutics by liquid phase chromatography is stable and reliable,has the strong repeatability and can be used as the method to identify radix isatidis.
