摘要
根据林区灌木丛多、影响多功能森林消防车灭火防灾效率这一实际情况,设计制造了一款森林消防车前顶撞装置。该装置配有切割刀片,通过分析刀片切割方式及切割灌木时的受力情况得出其切割原理;通过计算灌木的抗弯力及惯性力得出切割阻力;应用ANSYS软件对该装置进行力学分析,以验证该装置设计的合理性。
Based on the actual situation of thick bushes in the forest area,which affects the firefighting efficiency of multifunctional forest fire engines,a front-collision device intended for forest fire engines is designed,and this device is equipped with cutting blades. Through the analysis of the cutting modes of cutting blades and the force on the cutting blades during bush cutting,cutting principles are obtained. Through the analysis of bending force and inertial force of bushes,cutting resistance is obtained. ANSYS software is used to conduct mechanical analysis of the device to verify the design rationality of the device.
