重组竹材用酚醛树脂渗透性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 对四种重组竹材用酚醛树脂在不同胶液固体含量、浸胶温度和浸胶时间等条件下进行竹材浸胶试验。结果表明:胶液固体含量增加时,竹材浸胶量先增大后减小,固体含量25%时浸胶量最大,达到22.6%;浸胶温度升高浸胶量增加,浸胶温度55℃为宜;浸胶时间对浸胶量影响不呈现规律性,浸胶时间需要在60 min以上;树脂分子量大小对渗透性有一定影响,分子量偏小、分布相对较窄且均匀时,渗透性较好。 Four kinds of phenol-formaldehyde resins for reconstituted bamboo lumber are chosen to study the resin soaking testing under different conditions,i.e. resin solid content,soaking temperature and soaking time. The results show that the enhanced resin solid content cause the resin soaking content of bamboo strip to increase at first,but decrease afterwards.When it is 25%,maximum resin soaking content is 22.6%. The soaking temperature is higher,the resin soaking content is bigger,and the optimal soaking temperature is 55 ℃. The soaking time has no obvious effect on the resin soaking content,but it needs to exceed 60 min.The molecular weight has definite influence on permeability,and the permeability becomes better when the molecular weight of adhesive is smaller,and has symmetrical distribution.
